But only after the Divorce...you have no right to contact the creditor of your spouse before the Divorce. Why do we always hear about Dead-beat Dads? Is this one more reason to support equality in pay, or is is just plain & simple Misandry? It would seem better to just divide up the assets differently to allow the lesser earning spouse to have more to cover costs, thus allowing both parties to move on with their lives without being held together by a monthly pay check.
